Distribution
"Initial groundwork must precede communication between the potential buyer and the salesperson. (Page 322)". This is where distribution comes in. I feel like at first we will make the product in small batches by hand but as it grows we will expand to larger methods. "Relationship selling, or consultative selling, is a multistage process
that emphasizes personalization and empathy as key ingredients in
identifying prospects and developing them as long-term, satisfied
customers. (Page 319)". During the distribution phase is where we reach our customers. Our ultimate goal is to be a supermarket standard as well as at restaurants as well.
